Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | Ya I am new here and was just wondering what kinds of things I could do without weights to get muscle. Obviously pushups and situps. Anything else? I am waiting for my dad to bring down all his workout weights and junk, so I can. But for now, suggestions? Thanks. |
