| Pro Stature | I know for a normal person it's, what around 7-9 hours? So for someone who works out and exercises, should it be more or it doesn't matter? because for my schedule, I can only get in about 7-8 hours of sleep while working out and doing lots of activities, while I think I need more. I was hoping to get in about 10-12 hours of sleep, but then I have no time to do homework, lol. You guys think 6-8 hours of sleep is fine for someone who works out? |

| Pro Stature | Because I thought if sleeping for 10-12 hours, I would wake up on my own so I know I had exactly the amount of sleep I needed. But that's impossible for my schedule...I wake up at 5 and go to sleep at 9-10. I might be able to pull it off if I wake up later and do less cardio. |
