Default How Can You Get Rid Of Bloatedness?

To make a long story short, I feel bloated CONSTANTLY, 24/7. I'm not fat but I just feel bloated all the time and it's making me feel fat. It's really uncomfortable & I can't wear any fitted t shirts any more because I'm so bloated, even when I've not eaten anything.

I'm desperate to find a way to get rid of this feeling, it's horrible.

make sure you're getting enough veggies in your diet; I sometimes forget to eat them and I feel bloated because of it. The fiber helps keep things moving smoothly, which is especially important with all the food us bodybuilder types eat.

You wouldn't happen to be taking any creatine monohydrate would you?

Nope, I've not been taking creatine for months now because the water retention made my muscles soft and wasn't a very good feeling.

How much water are you drinking a day. The best way to get your body to not hold water is to drink water constantly all day long... I don't go anywhere without a bottle of water. If you are not taking in water your body will hold on to water.. also too much salt will make you hold water, and bloat you as well.

Definitely make sure you are getting enough fiber in your diet and I also recommend cutting your sodium intake. You could always try a diuretic to see if it really is water weight or just simply a little subcutaneous fat...

Pumpatron, was this ever solved? My personal opinion is to drink more water (although I don't know how much you're already drinking)

Do you eat a lot of dairy products. I know when I drink milk I feel real bloated.
