Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 5 | To make a long story short, I feel bloated CONSTANTLY, 24/7. I'm not fat but I just feel bloated all the time and it's making me feel fat. It's really uncomfortable & I can't wear any fitted t shirts any more because I'm so bloated, even when I've not eaten anything. I'm desperate to find a way to get rid of this feeling, it's horrible. Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 221 | make sure you're getting enough veggies in your diet; I sometimes forget to eat them and I feel bloated because of it. The fiber helps keep things moving smoothly, which is especially important with all the food us bodybuilder types eat. You wouldn't happen to be taking any creatine monohydrate would you? ![]()

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 5 | Definitely make sure you are getting enough fiber in your diet and I also recommend cutting your sodium intake. You could always try a diuretic to see if it really is water weight or just simply a little subcutaneous fat... |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 129 | Pumpatron, was this ever solved? My personal opinion is to drink more water (although I don't know how much you're already drinking) |
