Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 113 | Not sure where to post this, but I need everyone's opinion on how I can hold a TON of water 90 minutes prior to lifting. I'll be weighing in 90 minutes before my opening squat, and I will need to figure out a way to BLOAT UP for my bench. All my equipment is really lose. Any thoughts? Sodium/Potassium amounts?

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 60 | Are you saying you need to go from non-bloated to as bloated as possible in 90 minutes?

i'll be pretty dry come weigh-ins (it all really depends on how much I weigh on the official meet scale before i go to bed the night before). so i need to get all the water back, plus more water to sit superficially on my body. does diet soda bloat you? and what's the ingredient in mentos that bloats?

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 60 | I don't know how quickly it will work, but if I was going to try and bloat myself as quickly as possible, I'd drink a gallon of water, eat 200-300 grams of simple carbs, and eat 2-3 grams of sodium. No protein, no fibrous or low GI carbs -- just some dextrose and salt -- you need rapid absorption of the carb and sodium solutes, then water will start collecting extracellularly, i.e., bloating the hell out of you. Let me know how it works... also let me know if it kills you. I hereby state that the above in no way constitutes safe, or rational advice. It is the advice of a madman afterall.

Thanks for the response Madman, we are already on the same page about that stuff. thats already a part of my protocal. Weigh Ins are followed by 9 tbls of gatorade powder, 2 caps BCAA, w a jug of water. That is followed by a bannana peanut butter fluffer sanwhich on white. Maybe some mcdonalds french fries for the extra salt.
