Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 128 | I go to a gym, but it's really a 2-room studio with a bunch of weights in it (there's a kitchen in there too).... when I first started my trainer actually did live there, there was a bed in the corner amidst all the weights where he slept. Now he lives with his girlfriend (the other trainer at my "gym") Pretty odd setup, but hey, whatever works |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 158 | i have to lift at a gym. I just have to. The very act of walking into a gym pumps me up and gets my brain ready to lift. Besides, I love having ALL the equipment I could possibley need.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 73 | Gym is where I'm at....it's nice to have all the equipment, spotter's whenever I need one, and girls to check out between sets. Plus I hate running, and the gym has like 10 different types of cardio machines (with tvs!) that I can sit on and just zone out. |

| Pro Stature | I workout at home. All I got is: Recumbent bike DB's BB EZ curl bar Tri bar Incline sit up board Multi gym (benchpress/lat pull down/fly/leg ex/row) Bench press 80kg of freeweights. I like working out at home because I can WO whenever I feel like it, no waiting in line and no one laughs when I drop a bar on my throat doing incline BP. I also don't like people watching me when I workout for some reason, but the downside is that I have no squat rack, leg press, shoulder equipment. |
