BigDman, if you ever need some help with getting prepared, just ask. At the website I gave you, I believe it lists some Maryland powerlifters you could contact. Or it's either at one of the federation pages.

Has anyone thought about making a "Help BIGDman page." There could be a link on the homepage couldnt it be like ironmass.com/helpdman. The actual page could have some pics of bigdman and what he needs along with a link to send money via paypal to a special account for him.
