Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 6 | I workout at home too. I don't have a good range of equipment (although my dad says we're gonna get hooked up when we move to our new house). I've pretty much risked a lot of injury; eg: trying to do squats: barbell balanced (more like unbalanced) on the freezer and a chair. So I'm thinking about a membership since I work FT now. I took a tour at the local Y and man it was packed and this girl told me it was usually like this around this time of the day, but still...waiting in line-ups wasn't my dealio. But there's these two that just opened up, haven't checked it out but I called and they have both have a good range of equipment. One of them favours bodybuilding and it's $54.99/month, the other, $30.00. I'm thinking the latter but we'll see. I'm gonna check them both out tomorrow and see which one's better.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 41 | Yeah I would just go to a good gym than since your working FT. Thankfully there is a gym called "Hardcore Gym" here in Edmonton. The prices are cheaper than YMCA and other places and some pros lift there and there is almost never waiting.

Recipes: 2 Rep Power: 96 | Gyms are around 30 dollars per month. Find a nice local place that's not like a bally's or 24-hour fitness -- those places honestly suck. |
