Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 6 | Is it true that the resistance of a gripper is more than its stated strength when totally closed. I seem to remember reading that the stated resistance is met at approximately the mid-point of closure and is actually high when totally closed. Anyone enlighten me on this? I'm still fairly new to the grip game (but owned some 200's for 5 clean reps).
