Default Going away for 4 days, while on a cutting carb cycling diet...

I'm going to a marine research station with my biology class for 4 days next week. I was wondering if anybody has any tips on how to eat clean. I don't want to lose any muscle (by not eating enough..) or gain any fat (by eating too much..) I've relied on having a set diet every day for the better part of a year, and I don't know how to eat without one.

I know all the good bb'ing foods, food 6x a day, 8L water, etc., but still wante dto see if anybody has some tips.

Also, any links to a good bodyweight program? As I won't have to access to weights there I want to keep going with my training.
