Until ....Last week i saw myself in the security camera at work....Good Golly.....I was shocked......So after a week of self pity I crawl my fat ass to the gym this morning huff and puff on the treadmill for 30 min Level 4. I walked over to the scale......285Lbs...sheeeeet. Fracking bathroom scale at home have me at 272lbs, i Threw it out the door. Man This sucks. ![]()

| Pro Stature | I've been there man. I used to weigh 275lbs. When I first weighed myself and saw that I was compleatly shocked. You just have to have a lot of self motivation and will power. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | I need a new program, I need something simple man...So it come natural. I hate counting calories and splitting carbs and protein. I need to take some time and make maybe 4 cookie cutter diet and switch them up every week.Sometimes you spend more time preparing than working at it. I am going to post my measurement, so if someone have any idea let me know.
