Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 20 | Hey guys, I eat 8 times a day. Most meals(meals 2-7) are something like 2 cups of rice and 7-8oz steak/chicken/fish. I have 2 shakes as meals a day, morning/bed-time. I'm persistent as hell getting it down into my stomach. In the morning I have a waist size a little less than 31 inches around the belly button, but after eating 3-4 meals, my gut starts to hang out like I'm a pregnant woman. At the end of the day... I'm 9 months. You can still see some of my abs though my gut sticks out like hell. Any suggestions? |

![]() Do you have good strong abs? I find that having a solid mid-section helps me keep it in when I am bulking. *

Have you ever tried stomach vacuums??? If not they are the only exercise that pulls the abs inward. they work the Transversus Abdominus. Here is an article on how to do them Bodybuilding.com - Karen Sessions - The Stomach Vacuum Exercise - Pics And Video.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 70 | Sounds to me like you're getting carb related bloat. I know certain carbs make me bloat and feel really filled; others, not so much. Maybe you should try experimenting with other carb sources.

Vacuums work really well... you just have to do them properly. It takes a little practice, but it is the only exercise that will actualy pull the abs inward.
