Tool? I dunno hard to tell since most videos of these guys seem this way. When you get this size and shape I suppose the confidence may seem like ego issues to a lot of folks. I enjoyed the comments below though like the ones saying he was cheating. It's not like he was competing for numbers. He was lifting for effect.

he seems like he's going overboard in front of the camera...at least he speaks in full sentences and uses his face muscles to change his expression, which is more than can be said for a lot of bodybuilders who make videos.
