Dayum!

My brother-in-law has been taking me on base the past couple of days to work out at one of the military gyms on Ft. Hood. We go to Greywolf Gym for one of the 1st Cav support battalions and I have NEVER seen a gym this well equipped. They literally have at least a 1,000 different dumb-bells rangings from 2 lbs. to 200 lbs! TWO HUNDRED POUNDS! Not to mention ever work out machine invented...barbells, curl bars, benches of all types. I am telling you, I had to watch myself the first day because I was like a kid in a candy shop! I wanted to try everything! :P

It feels so good to have everything I need to improve myself physically and mentally since the Central Texas College library is within walking distance of the gym :P So after my brother actually starts 'work' for the day, I can work out and then spend a few hours reading in the library. I even learned 12 new curse words in Japanese that i'll be sure to use when I am stationed in Yokosuka.

I can feel my brain and body getting larger by the day. ^_^

I just hope the Navy gyms are as good as the ones for the Army.

wow sounds pretty nice. plan to use them 200lb dumbells alot? haha :P
