Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 222 | I like sitting in the sauna for 10-15 minutes after every workout just to help me cool down from my lifting or cardio. I always feel refreshed afterwards, but I highly doubt it has any significant effect on fat loss. Training and diet should do enough that you don't need something as gimmicky as a sauna to drop fat. /soapbox Dipping is similar to smoking, minus the respiratory issues that smoking presents. Obviously it's bad for lots of other reasons, but it's hardly the worst thing you can be doing as far as vices go.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 121 | i thought about the question today at work... here are my thoughts: Sauna will not help you reduce the fat stored in fat cells, BUT it will make you hold less water in and beneath the skin, possibly giving you a more vascular/muscular look. As for the dipping. No worries.
