Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 222 | When I switched from flat bench to incline bench as my main chest exercise I noticed a huge difference in overall thickness through my shoulders and upper chest. Give it a shot for a few months and see how you do. For calves, you really can't go wrong if you just beat the hell out of them. I train calves heavy but still wind up doing 5 sets of 12-16 so I can make sure I'm not cheating the weight. Seated and standing calf raises, doing them on a leg press, Smith machine, etc. Make sure you get a full range of motion and that you get a good stretch at the bottom. Squeeze the muscle as hard as you can when you reach the top of your motion and hold it for a second or two.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 203 | Stimulating the calves for growth is a real bitch. And imho, using dumbells for incline bench press is better for bodybuilding purposes than using a barbell. That goes for just about any pressing movement. (decline, flat, shoulder)
