Well I skimmed it REALLY fast. Abridged version is they say if you have food cravings you are just being a wimp so suck it up and don't give into them.

WOW what a revolutionary idea. lol

The author seems very negative towards others, I don't think anyone needs that bad energy and it is a waste of time to even read the article IMO

NOT saying anything about your SS Girl. The person who wrote the article may be a nice person but is nasty and negative in his approach and by us looking at his website it just helps him make more money from his sponsors.

EDIT I just noticed that all the supplements he recommends he happens to have referal links to and banners for them lol Sort of taints everything he says.
