Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 54 | 15.25 @ 166 = 10.89 After my contest prep for the IMPC, I was down to 14.25" arms, but I only weighed 142 so the ratio was 9.96. My arms definitely looked bigger when I was smaller. My current avy was taken about a week before the IMPC and my arms definitely don't look as big now, even though they're actually an inch larger.
