It sure ain't me, my biceps don't have a good peak. My tris are good, but I think my bis have a lousy shape. I'm doing reverse curls twice a week now to try and get some brachialis growth going on... it's my only hope for having anything close to a peak.

ha don't measure my arms and don't plan to. bodybuilding is all about the optical illusion anyway... besides i agree with someone else about bodyfat, its easy to be fat with big fat arms...LOL
