Default bloating

This is killing me. I recently discovered that I'm very sensitive to carbohydrates....this really sucks while I'm trying to bulk. I began consuming about 450 grams daily in attempt to gain some mass, but the bloat is REALLY getting on my nerves. I normally take ON's Glycoload before and after my workout (this contains 50g of carbs from dextrose, maltodextrin, and fructose), but I'm considering stopping it to get rid of this problem.

I'm curious what everyone does (especially carb-sensitive people) to get rid of this problem. In the past i just figured it was because I used monohydrate as my primary creatine source, but it's stayed the same even after switching to CEE.

Any tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Ya'll

Try not getting so much of the carbs from sugars and increase cardio.

A lot of people say Taurine helps relieve water retention?

Yea i would do what Dan says. Get rid of the sugars and stick to all complex carbs such as potatoes, brown rice, and especially oats.
