Hey Guys,

Thanks Everyone!
I should have pics by the end of the week. I got to see some previews on the cameras of a few photographers and they had some really good ones.

I'll post them as soon as I get them back.

Now it's time to refeed for a few weeks and then start preparing for my show in August! Time to get bigger and harder!

Hey Guys,

Got a picture from the finals e-mailed to me last night.

This pic really isn't a good example of my condition, but it's still a good victory pic.

The way they did the show, the bodybuilding portion had actually been finished for over an hour before they did the award ceremony.

So, I'd been backstage chugging water and eating for an hour when this pic was taken. It's amazing how fast you smooth out when you start taking in water and salt. Mmmmm.. it was good though.

I should have some better pictures from the morning and the pre-judging round later this week.
