BF tested through clothing!

I was at Lifetime Fitness today, they tested someones BF right thru their clothing, is this wacked or what????????? This is not proper procedure is it?????? They used the plastic calipers.

Lol... I would die laughing if I saw that. If they are doing the skin fold, it should increase the body fat % readout... what a newb.
