dude, that's just wrong posting that pic. that was a spy photo awhile back when he was on vacation. I'm sure he looks better than that now. Don't diss the King

Arnold was born on July 30, 1947. He will be 59 this year.

I am making ABSOLUTELY NO COMPARISONS, NONE, WHATSOEVER, but Old Navy was born on April 28, 1943. I turned 63 this year. I'm just making the point about being "Old." To me Age is a State of Mind, not a Statistic. Arnold is and always will be THE KING.

These shots were taken at the 2006 FAME SNBF Capital Classic in Montgomery, Alabama on May 20, a week ago. I placed Third in the Open Men's Short Class against five YOUNG MEN OF IRON, and a close Second in the Men's Master 50+ Class.

Any of you young men think I am OLD, come join me on stage in the Open Men's Class and we will see. LOL

You tell them Old Navy, looking fantastic. I'm sure you put many 20 something year olds to shame. I believe Arnold just got lazy is all. That goverment work in California is getting to him. I say he dumps the job, gets back into training and start doing movies again. "Return of the Terminator" He's back, bigger and badder then ever

Yes he is and always will be the King, but his age is not the reason he looks the way he does, its the same reason most people do, poor diet and improper training. I'm not saying age doesnt come into it, but it *isn't* the determining factor.

Absolutely. Arnold is my hero. My wife gave me his History of Bodybuilding for Christmas. Great stories and photos about the early bodybuilding scene. Arnold has had some heart problems. Being Governor of the most populist state has taken its toll. I'm sure if he wanted to THE KING could get back into great shape. At 63, I'm in the best shape of my life. And no matter if you are 23 or 63, it takes a lot of dedication and hard work to maintain a competitive physique. In his prime, Arnold worked harder than any other contemporary bodybuilder.

That picture was taken a while after he had his heart surgery. No kind of physical activity what so ever and little movement.

He got ripped again for Terminator 3. On all the T3 pics you can see the huge vein in his right bicep so he must have been pretty lean. I mean, he punched the engine of a car to at the end of the movie! He can't be in that bad of shape!

Just because arnold was a bodybuilder doesn't mean he has to remain a bodybuilder for the remainder of his life. :o His lifestyle has changed, and he nolonger feels the need to stay in a physical shape that puts to shame everyone else in the world.

And yeah, that picture was taken after heart surgery, and BEFORE Terminator 3. I'd like to see any of us (besides maybe spytech) look as huge as Arny did in T3. :p

You don't see the Governor without a suit and tie very often. But under his "work clothes" he still looks very big. He is a commanding presence. And I bet if he really wanted to, he could contest prep and compete in a Master's Pro competition when he turns 60 next year and win it.
