Default Bad sleep

I can’t get a good night sleep. I mean if I don’t have a set time to get up I can usually get a good 10 hours, but after 4-8 hours after going to sleep I wake up with a dry mouth and having to pee. I go to pee before bed and I drink lots of water through out the day so I don’t know what’s up. Any of you guys experience this or know what’s up?

i was vegtrian before for not even a year
and i only eat chikcen and turkey now

and calcuim is just 100% of the daily vaule of magnisuim and calcium

5htp <---------------- Try that for a while. My girlfriend had outstanding results using it. When we met she only slept 4-5 hours a night, and I couldn't stand it. So she started taking that, and ever since she has been getting almost 8 hours. It also helps with mood. Melontonin is another good one. King has some at his place I think.

the thing is i get good sleep after i wake up and go to the bathroom and get a drink of water i go back to sleep and sleep like 9-10 hours its jsut annoying having to wake up and go to the bathroom and drink water

nope not stressed at all

and the issue is waking up in the midle of the night ever night is so annoying and ive never had the problem accept lately.

no i dont drink beer but all my friends smoke so i am around that smell alot

That is totally normal. It all depends on how much water you drank prior to going to bed. When I drink alot of water, I wake up 2-3 times to take a leak. As long as you are getting 8hrs of sleep, you are fine.
