Definitely not... this is some.... powerful shiat. I still need to update my log for today :saint: But at under 2 weeks this stuff is... really kicking off / doing something. Sides both good and bad are spilling over like ants in my pants.

While on cycle I agree with this, post-cycle I think cardio twice a day can and will cause muscle loss and health/wellness problems for an extended period of time. I say this from experience, too.

read my trn/tst log for the latest. Today and yesterday I'm just taking off completely. I was getting really bad insomnia and I felt like I was dieing. I feel a bit better now, I slept okay last night for the first time in like a week.
