Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 154 | I went back for my first weight training in what feels like forever. I'll admit... I've lost a LOT of strength along with all of the chub I've put on... but you know what? I feel like a MILLION DOLLARS and I feel like I've somehow found my sanity again through the act of lifting heavy weights. At first I was a little bit embarassed to go back because I had gotten so out of shape (And so FAST!) but the past few days I've been eating the way I should and doing *gasp* cardio. Already, I'm beginning to feel light years better. Thank you lord for helping me find my way back to where I belong. The one place where I know who my best friends are, and they will never let me down. The cold hard weights, benches, and contraptions of pain. That is where I belong. That is where I'm happy.
