Default 72 Hour Protein Surge

*Thanksgiving is approaching*

When I was younger ( 14-24) and wanted to gain muscular bodyweight, I did the following eating plan.

First, I would stock up the fridge on quality proten items such as soft boiled eggs, chicken breasts, swiss cheese, sirloin burgers, and would put all of this in a large tupperware container in the fridge and during the day would snack out of it, at least every hour would eat 2 eggs, or one of the meat items and then at night, would get up and eat as well.

In addition, would eat regular meals, usually big salads and tons of fresh vegetables and maybe some brown rice.

I would also take a high fiber supplement as well.

This worked especially well when I had been training real hard for the previous 4-6 weeks and had hit a plateau. (key phrase in this post)

this worked especially way over three day weekends, such as Thanksgiving weekend ( approaching soon)

The results, I always achieved incredible solid muscle and strength gains in the weeks following this eating plan.

Best thing is to focus on diet, number 1 anabolic and it's legal.

As EME and Peaked said... you'll find that most of the knowledgable guys and gals on this board (along with other ones) have diets that consists of frequent protein intakes 40+grams 6+ times/day. In addition, at accompanying each of these protein intakes, another 3 or 4 hundred kcals will likely come from an energy source, whether it is fat, or carbs. These are called complete meals. You are right on. I wouldn't call it a surge...

You'll know when you are surging protein when u get bad stomach pains and rancid gas.... we all have... when cutting....

Don't forget your multi

Yikes! So you'd eat every hour on top of your six meals? I'd love to be able to do that but I don't think my stomach would handle it. Any tricks to speed up digestion?
