2006 FAME SNBF Capital Classic Results

2006 FAME SNBF Capital Classic, Montgomery, Alabama, May 20.

Yesterday I competed in my 11th contest since March, 2005, the 2006 FAME SNBF Capital Classic in Montgomery, Alabama. I entered this same contest last year. The 2006 results are a lot better. In 2005 I placed First in Men's Master 60+. This year, I dropped down a Class and placed Second in Men's Master 50+. In 2005, I placed Sixth out of six in the Open Men's Short Class (5' 7"). This year, I placed Third out of six in the Open Men's Short Class (5' 7").

The difference for me was my diet and training. I came in leaner, harder, more vascular and bigger. It was a very satisfying competition. My goal this year is to continue Placing well in my Age Classes and to be more competitive in the Open Men's Height and Weight Classes.

I feel my results on Saturday bodes well for my next competition, the 2006 FAME WNSO World Championships in Toronto on June 16-18.

I gotta hand it to you, you put it on the line by dropping down to the Mens Master 50+ class and took second. Guess you were looking for some more competiton huh?

Thanks, for your great comments and encouragement. After putting my face into the feed trough over the weekend, I'm back on a contest prep diet as I prepare for my last contest of the year, the 2006 FAME WNSO World Bodybuilding Championships, June 16-18 in Toronto, Canada. I will compete in the Advanced Open Men's Lightweight Class (150 pounds) and the Men's Master 60+ Class.

You really made some improvements since your last show, and you looked great then too!

I believe these pictures are the best I've ever seen you look!

I wish I was going to be there this year, but I'll be there up there next year!

Best of luck in Toronto. That's up in my neck of the woods (3 1/2 hours from here). Do you have info on your Page about this contest? We may have to make a run for the border :boink1:

Coming from a FAME WNSO Pro, I am truly flattered by your encouraging words. I'm training extra hard for the Worlds. I hope to improve on my 2005 Third Place finish in Master Men's 60+. I only want to move up two Places. :fingersxd I wish you were competing, too. But I know you will be bigger and better when you do step onto the stage in 2007

Christina (Chrissy) Hults. She is an Art Major. You are playing Florida and LSU at home this season. Should be a great senior year for football, with AU winning the Division, if not the SEC Conference. War Eagle.
