There is no given program that will work for everybody. Recently, the methods people seem to be having a lot of success with are Kennelly's methods and Meekers methods. Both men are available for seminars and Kennelly wrote a book and recently released a new training video. The most recent Meeker seminar only costed $35 a person which is far less that the $100+ some are getting for seminars.
