Default You're Opinions On Metal Militia

Hey guys,

What do you guys think of the Metal Militia system of training? Ever tried it? Results? Too much volume?

Thought I'd start up a discussion.

It's ok for some but after running hundreds of meets each year and hearing the comments of hundreds of lifters over time apparently like anything else it's not ok for everybody.

There is no given program that will work for everybody.

Recently, the methods people seem to be having a lot of success with are Kennelly's methods and Meekers methods. Both men are available for seminars and Kennelly wrote a book and recently released a new training video. The most recent Meeker seminar only costed $35 a person which is far less that the $100+ some are getting for seminars.
