Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 8 | We have been using chains and bands for a while with our bench and squat workouts off and on. Most of our workouts with these are based upon the stuff they do at Westside Barbell. They are great tools. They helped me get my bench up to 325 at a weight of 210. (I have not traditionally been a great bencher, but I was very pleased with this).
