good find! but i got dail-up so i cant download cuz it would take forever.....but you guys could tell me the points in the vid......eh?

Shows a dynamic workout, and goes through max effort work. Shows tricep work, delt work, and lat work. Then there is a summary of the workout.

About a week or so ago, I waited the 45min for it to load, then I watched it. After all the time spent loading and watching it, I had to go to work so I never said thanks.
