Default unracking for bench

I just got back into my training a couple weeks ago, and I'm having a lot of difficulty unracking the BB for bench on my 5x5 and triples. I mean, after it's unracked everything goes smoothly, but it just seems to hard right now. any tips?

You could get a spotter, or bench in a power rack....

I think you need a spotter.

If you get a spotter to help unrack the weight, you will be able to get more reps/weight whatever.

Were do you workout?

I lift in a local rec center, main reason why I try to avoid a spotter. But I guess my main question is,

should i just unrack it by myself or get someone to help me unrack then go on my own?

I thought that getting help with unracking was bad.
