| is missing heavy pulls | i bit of shoe goe on the toe and heel. just a tiny bit not enough to raise the shoe at all just ad some grip. Or you could go to your local skate shope and pick up some scrap griptape and put that on there ![]()

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 15 | I don't think you should be directing force through your feet in a manner that would cause you to slide out of the optimum position in the first place. If you put on some sticky shoes, the force that would normally make your foot slide will instead manifest as tension (most likely in the knees). I think, either you are not issuing power from your body properly, or your feet are just sliding into the position they were supposed to be in to begin with. Get new shoes if you want to fix it quick though.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 114 | The shoes are new, and they are chucks... so there is nothing wrong with the shoe. The stance is wide, but the form is fine. I was told by the two very experienced guys i'm training with to imagine spreading the ground apart beneath my feet instead of simple standing. This occurs while sumo pulling too. Thanks for the responses, but I'm looking for an applicant or treatment. BIGD, i'll give what you said a try and report back. I'm pretty much blaming the gym I workout at for the slipping... the ground is not optimal for PLing... and on the pad, people spill chalk and don't clean it.

Recipes: 2 Rep Power: 96 | Put pressure to the outside of your foot. Not the inner foot, which may cause the slidding. |
