Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 115 | I have a question Peaked: At what point should I start training with chains? I currently Max my bench at 280, and I wondering, is it time to head down to the Marine and Boating outlet to make the purchase? EDIT: When I am working on velocity, I use around 190 lbs.

Thanks. I don't have that much experience. So I suppose I'll wait. Do you use them for your squat and dead?
