Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | you just get pvc pipe and put it under your back when you are benching. Yoy gradually get bigger pvc pipe. I use a football every once now and then. |

| SEEK & DESTROY | You keep the PVC under your back while benching? Yikes, sounds painful. You're supposed to just use the PVC for stretching and warming up your back for the arch.

Recipes: 2 Rep Power: 96 | Power lifters arch their back and the PVC I guess would act as a support. Your supposed to keep your ass on the bench with an arched back and I guess that would help. |

| SEEK & DESTROY | I normally use it just to get my back accustomed to arching if I haven't done it in a while. My lower back can get slight cramps in it. Once I'm warmed up I just focus on keeping as big as arch as I can withouth lifting my ass off of the bench. Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 5 | i arch over 2x4s and 1x4s to train my back to arch bigger. I will work my way up to 3 2x4s under my back, making sure that my upper back and butt can touch the bench then un rack 135 and hold/bench it while arching as hard as possible |
