Default Post your PL routine


Just wanted to get this going to see what some other folks are doing as their PL-like routine. I am doing more volume work for the next week or two while my hips recover a little from a heavy squat cycle.

I am just doing a little basic stuff like...

Monday - ME Squat + assistance
Wednesday - ME Deadlift & Bench
Friday - assistance & strongman (farmer's walk, etc etc)

So far that's what I have been doing.

For strongman I just do 3-4 exercises for 2-4 sets of a few timed sets.
For assistance, it is basically 1-2 exercises for other body parts for reps (a little band work).
