Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 9 | This isn't the answer to the question you're asking, but I never really felt I made any progress from those. I'm sure I DID make progress, but I sense much more progress on my grip strength just by doing the heavy BB Lifts, like shrugs, deads, BB rows, etc., with a non-alternating grip. I do it all overhand now. Mostly. $0.02 |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 5 | I know hammer strength makes a plateloaded machine for this. However, i agree that between statis holds, plate pinches, farmers walk, etc., you can probably get by without that.... |

| is missing heavy pulls | yea heavygrips.com is having a specail 5 grippers for 70 bucks. with some grippers and some plate pinching you can get a mighty good crushing grip
