Default Plate Loaded Grip Machines?

Anyone know where i can get one? I only use standard plates, btw. I know ironmind sells the hardy handshake, but it looks like it has a small loading pin. Know of any other good sites where i can buy one?

This isn't the answer to the question you're asking, but I never really felt I made any progress from those. I'm sure I DID make progress, but I sense much more progress on my grip strength just by doing the heavy BB Lifts, like shrugs, deads, BB rows, etc., with a non-alternating grip. I do it all overhand now. Mostly.

Well, not entirely a different thing. The bar-holding grip is simply an isometric on the same wrist flexors. So you gain strength in the limited range of motion of the grasping of the bar, but it's not terribly far from being the same thing as crushing strength.

No matter - I understand you're looking for a full ROM on the grip.

I know hammer strength makes a plateloaded machine for this. However, i agree that between statis holds, plate pinches, farmers walk, etc., you can probably get by without that....

I never liked machine's for grip, grippers are all you need. Cheap and effective for your crusing grip.
