Default Peaking for a comp

any one have any info about peaking for a comp. Any articles or advice. Any routines or anything?
I plan to compete this fall and break the deadlift and total world record in the 181 wieght class in the 13-15 age group

I believe their are some examples in The Eight Keys part III, the periodization bible. You should deload before the competition about 1 week before and train heavy before. Deload using the repetition method and dynamic method. Leave the max effort method a lone to give your joints and mind a rest.
