| SEEK & DESTROY | For the last couple of weeks, I've been doing 5x5 adding 5lbs per session. I've been experimenting with instead performing sets per se, performing 25 singles. Rest about 15-20 seconds in between reps. What would the repercussions be in terms of both strength and hypertrophy? Thanks guys

Recipes: 2 Rep Power: 96 | It's a different way of thinking, it would be more intense. Try it out and see what your results are over a period of time. |

| SEEK & DESTROY | I tried it yesterday after about a 3 week hiatus from deadlifts. Every rep went up smooth, no problems. I really seemed to have liked it a lot better than sets of reps...it doesn't seem to drain you as much. I'll keep doing them for a while and see how my strength progresses

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 115 | I know on my effort days I start out with sets of 3 from 40% untill i'm about 75% of my max. Then do about 10 singles up to my max.
