| Pro Stature | OK so my next meet is in two weeks.I have two meets before regionals and I have to qualify!!!!My last total was 1165!Im confident I can get over 1200 this time but I need to make it over 1250!Now in my last meet I squatted 435,benched 280,and deadlifted 450!Now I still had room to move up on bench and deadlift.I was pretty much peaked on squat at the time.I'm sure I can pull off a 500lb. deadlift and possibly a 295-300lb bench.I'm atleast hoping for a 450-460 lb. squat.If I get a 450 squat,295 bench and a 500lb deadlift I match a 1245 total.The guy in 10th place in the region has this total.What can I do to ensure a better total?

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 113 | to be honest, training with extreme band resistance is your best bet. Most of your strength gains will be made in the off season, so what you have to work with can only be amplified through technique and speed.
