Recipes: 2 Rep Power: 96 | Friday - Lower Body Box Squats 225x 10, 315x 8, 405x 6, 495x 5, 500x 5 (below parellel box) Barbell Step Up 185x 15, 225x 12, 255x 10 Glute-Ham Raise 45x 10, 65x 8, 100x 6 Grippers #1x 20, #2x 15, #2x 16 My legs are totally spent after that, I hit a pretty high weight for today. I tried the #3 gripper, but failed to fully close it. Gettng very close too it. Glute-Hame Raise PR with a 100-pound plate forr 6 reps!!! |
