I am doing my own thing right now experimenting with powerlifting and strongman. So I thought I would show you guys all of what I am doing. Right now I have been doing a lot of olympia lifts and strongman, lifts have been up so much.

Floor Presses are were you are lying on the floor with a barbell or dumbbell etc and you press it off lying on the ground.
