Recipes: 2 Rep Power: 96 | Sorry for not updating the log. I have changed my training onto more of my own thing right now. I am doing more strongman training since I found a good place with all the equipment. Just doing a powerlifting routine right now, basic three-day lifts with a day of strongman training. Monday - Squat Box squat few sets till I get to 1-3 reps Good mornings few sets 3-5 reps Reverse hypers few sets 6-10 reps Step-ups few sets 10-15 reps Wednesday - Bench Press Board press few sets to 1-3 reps Incline press few sets 4-8 reps Dumbbell shoulder press few sets 4-8 reps Extensions few sets 6-10 reps Friday - Deadlift Deadlift few sets to 1-3 reps Row few sets 3-5 reps Face pulls few sets 6-10 reps Back extensions few sets 10 reps Sunday - Strongman Random lifts few sets I do a few sets of weighted abs twice a week. Box squat 455x 3 Good morning 305x 5, 310x 5, 350x 3 (safety bar in power rack at waist height) Reverse hypers 185x 10, 200x 10, 215x 10 Step-ups 155x 15, 155x 15, 155x 15 |

Recipes: 2 Rep Power: 96 | Below parellel. I rarely use a high box, maybe every few months when I really want to load on the weight. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 37 | Hey P- I am going to give this template a try for a few months now that I am just about done with my 4 month SHSHT run. How often do you do a ME for your normal squats and deads (not box or platform deads)? I was planning on once every 4-5 weeks for each?

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 52 | I've been stuck at a weight for a couple weeks now. I am also trying to bulk up my legs. I currently do squats (deep). I will have to give it a try. I'm researching and reading westside lots to learn. Looks good. Thanks. |

Recipes: 2 Rep Power: 96 | I'm not into high rep box squatting. I probably never go over 8 reps for box squatting. When I warm-up for box squats I usually do some squats for 8 reps shy of failure by far reps. |
