YOU!!! thats crazy though 225x38 dAM ![]() but really. one question i have is, do floor presses work mainly your upper chest? what are the benefits of bench press to a floor press. Last edited by LaggingBiceps : 11-08-2005 at 12:56 AM. | |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 4 | There are several advantages to the floor press (a) It takes your legs out of the equation so you are really just hitting the chest (obviously, you won't be able to do as much) (b) You can focus your range of motion a little better The only disadvantage is that it is pretty tough to keep your elbow more tucked, I find that mine flair out quite a bit. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 6 | Ok, what about upper chest. I heard it hits upper chest better than incline? |
