I started doing BW exercises around 11 and free weights/machines at 12 and been doing serious lifting since I was 15.

but really. one question i have is, do floor presses work mainly your upper chest? what are the benefits of bench press to a floor press.

There are several advantages to the floor press
(a) It takes your legs out of the equation so you are really just hitting the chest (obviously, you won't be able to do as much)
(b) You can focus your range of motion a little better

The only disadvantage is that it is pretty tough to keep your elbow more tucked, I find that mine flair out quite a bit.

Shoter ROM good for triceps. Hits your chest sort of okay.

lol, thats they first site i learned some stuff about bodybuilding. that was back in the day when i thought i could get that big naturally in 2-3 years and become like ronnie etc etc. when i used to to think that, i was like, "ill stop working out after a year so i dont become that big"
