| is missing heavy pulls | thanks DJ Dynamic Effort Lower body Speed Box squats(box at parellel) 185x2x6 Speed Deads 245x1x8 SLDL 325x6x2 PR Speed felt nice im getting use to box squats Everything felt fast 245 on deads felt exactly like 225 last week the stiff legged deads were hard and i had no chalk so my grip got a great workout too Overall: A

| is missing heavy pulls | nope havnt measured them in a long time Max Effort Lower Body Warmup jumped rope did some mobility work, hip work and some back extensions deadlift 95x5 135x4 225x3 295x1 365x1 415x0 415x0 low box squats 135x5 195x5 185x5 185x5 One legged squat 65 lbs dumbells in each hand 10 reps with each leg 1 set This workout was pretty bad. All the wieghts felt extremly heavy... way heavier then they should have felt. i blame that on my bad night of sleep last night i cant wait till tommrow i get to bench in my shirt Overall: D

| is missing heavy pulls | Yesterday I tried my shirt out but couldn't get to a good bench or a spotter I trusted spotting me with higher weights so I worked light. My bench the supports for the bar are right were you hands should be so I had to take a close grip. I did 45x19 85x5 135x5 185x1 all raw then put on my shirt and did 185x3 for 2 sets never touched and then did 225x3 for 3 sets and didn’t touch but I got real close I figured that was not much of a workout so I did an upper body workout today Dynamic Effort Upper body Speed Bench 95x3 135x3 for 8 sets Close grip Bench 185x3 for 3 sets PR Bent Row 135x6 185x6 for 2 sets PR Side rises 25x9 PR Front rises 25x10 PR workout went great. | is missing heavy pulls | Dynamic Effort Lower Speed Squats 185x2 for 3 sets 205x2 for 3 sets PR Speed Deads 255x1 for 12 sets Pull throughs 90x8 Power cleans 165x3 for 3 sets Shrugs 245x10 Hip flexor work This workout was pretty good the speed on the squats and deads was good the pull throughs were okay i dont really like them too much Power cleans went well i still need to fix my form Shrugs were nice but i did them with a trap bar and wasnt use to the bar The hip flexor work was good Overall: A
