WS4SB II In the article above they use " Energy system training" for athletes focusing on improving their foot work and speed. One thing they always use before is a stretching routine and mobility routine. (sorry.. computer problems couldn't upload first part) ![]() ![]() ![]() Are all things you can do before a workout or cardio. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 3 | I liked it because it had the videos too. I do Mobility, flexibility drills,quick warmups, and sometimes a little plyometrics before workouts and static stretches after workouts. |
