Default Mobility Work

Mobility work is basically to warm the muscles and get them ready for physical activity.

WS4SB II

In the article above they use " Energy system training" for athletes focusing on improving their foot work and speed. One thing they always use before is a stretching routine and mobility routine.

Are all things you can do before a workout or cardio.

I have started having one day a week where I do 40 minutes of cardio and then 20 minutes of stretching and mobilit work.

I liked it because it had the videos too. I do Mobility, flexibility drills,quick warmups, and sometimes a little plyometrics before workouts and static stretches after workouts.
