Default Jump Stretch band

Is there a cheaper alternitve to Jump Stretch band

i was going to get the average ones and the light ones but then relized id have to put up around 80 bucks...

are there any cheaper alternitive?

Go to Kyle's website and order band #1 from him for something around $20 or something. I doubt 1 band will cost $80.

nah it was 4 bands for 80 bucks
20 bucks per band

and how do kyles band compare to the jump start bands

like on elitefts site it says to get the light if your squat is below 400 and get the average if your squats between like 400-500

what about his bands?

i think im going to get hte starter kit (#1 #2 #3) what do you think

bands and chains are used to add resistance to the lift

they can bu used for many things and were made populare by westside.
they can be also be used To maximize the use with the bench press make sure you keep tension at the bottom of the movement. Doubling the bands up and running them under a dumbbell can accomplish this.
* A great way to train the rear delts and upper back is to hold the mini band in front of your body with your arms extended at face level. Then you pull the band apart while driving the elbows back.

Well a secret used for Powerlifters to help improve their lifts are to use chains and bands to their lifts. It is an advanced technique to use them for your lifts, I feel they are good to use as cables to intermediate lifters. Basically what bands and chains do is a the top of the movement (lockout) it will get harder then at the bottom. This helps improving the Deadlift, Squat, and Bench. They can be very hazardous to the joints however. The resistance bands and chains give are both different, but they really help out.

I understand the bands because the farther you stretch the band the more the tension will increase. But, I'm having trouble with the chain idea. I guess I'll have to try it to see what its all about.
