Well I was wondering about powerlifting its majors....
Bench Press
Deadlift
Squat

6+ protein filled + good carbs and fats meals
Well Im 15yrs old 330lbs and 6'2'' and wanna powerlift put my bigness to work.... could anyone help me make a split to help me get on track?

i know someone posted "the bible" by dave tate... search for it on the forum and read all 150 pages. you must if you are serious about PLing. Subscribe to my log in the"workout log" section. I don't know THAT much about PLing, but the guys I train with REALLY REALLY do, and my routine is managed by them.
