| Silver Member | bigD when you figure it out let me know , that seems to be my problem area. i have actually dropped down the weight and started over thinking maybe during my training i had gotten sloppy and wasn't doing it properly. i wonder if explosive training would work, kinda like speed benching does for explosiveness on the bench press. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 52 | *Use lighter weight and/or just work on the technique a bit. Most ppl I observe dont sit back/down far enough from the floor. *Try diff grips and stance. *Make sure you get a good stretch of the lower back *Try off blocks (deadlift stand) *Get a friend to critique you. These guys are the experts. I hope this helps. |
