| Pro Stature | I had my second meet today in George West.It's only been a week since my last one.I placed First in my weight class and First out of my school.On squat I got 435,on bench 280,and on Deadlift 450!I went up on squat 15lbs,on bench 10 lbs.,and on deadlift 25lbs. I still could have had more on bench and deadlift because I got my last attempts like nothin!I'm gonna sit out the next meet to train and rest.I hope to come back stronger than ever!I won first place by 50 lbs.Im gonna train hard for the next two weeks and see what happens at my next meet!

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 115 | great job. I am suprised your lifts went up. I guess the experience of your first event outweighted the physical side effects of two meets so close together. I like your idea to take the next meet off and train. Remember, maintaining this peaked level is difficult and can be dangerous. Just be careful and train with bands. y do you have events so often?

It's good to see the sport get someone young with that kind of passion. just don't risk injury as most of us have chanced it and failed.
