Talking Had my first meet today!Here are my results!!!

Today I had my first meet in Pleasanton. I had the highest total out of my school and I made 3rd place in my weight class (220lb.) I squatted 420,benched 270 (due to an uneven lock-out on my second attempt I was forced to stay at 270,Would have had 285), and deadlifted 425.My total was 1115 lbs. I surprised myself today!I'm Looking forward to my next meet,I'm shooting for second this time in my weight class!

you probably won't... you may not bomb on as many lifts. There is a good shot ur lifts will go down. Most people who compete regularly recommed at LEAST 4-6 weeks between meets.
